ALA Great Web Sites for Kids
Online resource containing hundreds of links to commendable websites for children 14 and younger. Sites are organized into diverse subject headings, and there is a special section with sites of interest to parents, caregivers, and teachers.
Read the Books is a new service that links to your schools AR list and lets you know if the library has the book
There are lots of great books on the list!
Just click on your school’s button to launch the reading list.
Browse through the list, then click the “Check the Catalog” button to see if your book is available.
If the book is not available, the “Check the Catalog” button will take you to a search screen in the catalog.

- Tuesday 10 a.m. Storytime at the Hector Public Library.
- Friday 10 a.m. Storytime at the Atkins Public Library.
- Wednesday 10 a.m. Russellville Storytime at the Russellville Heritage Hall.
Join Ms. Jeannie in the fun as she reads to your preschooler and opens a new world of reading with books and songs.

Special Programs
Special Children’s Storytime will be at different times during the year. Children (10 and under) are invited to join us in the Heritage Hall as we enjoy stories, songs, and other activities.
